Buddy Meet-Up: Building Bonds and Businesses
The recent Buddy Meet-Up, jointly organized by Soul Sisters and Soar High, was a wonderful celebration of collaboration and community. Hosted at Anoma by Sherone, the event brought together members to connect, understand each other’s businesses, and explore ways to support and grow together.
Member products from YDesigns, Anoma, and Forever Living Products were promoted during the event, highlighting the creativity and enterprise within our network. The day was filled with engaging conversations, shared learning, and inspiring stories of collaboration — truly a reflection of what happens when women come together to lift each other higher.
Adding to the excitement, an expo was also organized at Condor Carnations as part of the buddy collaborations, giving members an opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial ventures to a wider audience.
WEN Trivandrum Onam Celebration 2025
On 14th September, the WEN Trivandrum family came together at PPD Emerald Hills, Trivandrum, to celebrate the spirit of Onam in true traditional style. The event was a vibrant blend of colors, music, and laughter — with members showcasing their talents through Thiruvathira, group dances, group songs, and delightful fashion shows featuring mothers and kids.
From playful Onam games that brought out everyone’s festive energy to the grand Onasadya that satisfied every craving, it was a day filled with joy, togetherness, and unforgettable moments.
Here’s to celebrating traditions, friendships, and the beautiful bond that unites the WEN Trivandrum community!
Making presence Felt
Members from WEN Trivandrum enthusiastically participated in the WEN Carnival held at Thrissur on August 8th, making their presence felt across various events and activities.
Anupama Ramachandran conducted an inspiring workshop on Blackout Poetry, sparking creativity among participants. Resmi Maxim represented the chapter at the Aspirants Meet – Business Achievers Panel Discussion, sharing valuable insights from her entrepreneurial journey.
Members Sherone, Sussana J, Dhanya Jose, and Nisha Sugathan added colour and charm to the carnival with their beautifully curated stalls.
Shareena, Rohini, and Devu Sukumar extended their support as gift sponsors, contributing to the event’s success.
Several other members also joined the celebration, lending their energy and enthusiasm to make the day truly memorable for everyone!
Back to Learning – A Buddy Meet Collective Initiative
WEN Trivandrum successfully hosted Back to Learning – a powerful session on Public Speaking and Personality Development, as part of the Buddy Meet Collective initiative.
The workshop was thoughtfully designed to help women entrepreneurs build confidence and improve their communication skills – essential tools for anyone navigating leadership, business, and networking. The session was packed with practical tips, interactive activities, and inspiring energy, leaving every participant motivated to speak up and stand out.
Because effective communication isn’t just a skill – it’s a superpower every woman deserves to master.
An exciting feature of the event was the opportunity for members to set up free stalls and showcase their products and services. All 10 stalls were filled on a first come, first served basis, and added vibrant entrepreneurial energy to the day.
The event brought together learning, bonding, and inspiration – truly a celebration of women supporting women.
Soulful Reflections
The Soar High June meetup brought members together for an engaging session filled with learning, discussions on business concerns, and ideas for social media marketing support. With active participation, the group emphasized collaboration and encouraged every member to contribute towards strengthening the community.
The Lucky Charms Buddy Group gathered for a heartwarming July meetup at Tree of Treats, hosted by our very own Tresa and her husband, whose warm hospitality made everyone feel right at home. The evening featured a delightful self-reflection session by Sreekala, soulful melodies by Vanee, and lots of laughter and bonding over delicious treats. A big shoutout to Sujaya for organizing the meet, and to Resmi and Liza for joining in and adding to the joy!
Festive spirit challenge
As part of our seasonal celebrations, WEN Buddy Groups were invited to participate in the Festive Reel Challenge – a creative way to honour Eid, Vishu, and Easter while strengthening bonds within the community. Groups were encouraged to showcase their festive spirit through reels that reflected the essence of one or more festivals. Traditional attire, vibrant visuals, and cultural elements added depth and authenticity to the celebration.
The challenge was judged across four key criteria: Festive Spirit, Creativity & Presentation, Team Participation & Bonding, and Reel Quality & Execution, each carrying points. Reels were expected to bring out not just the beauty of the festivals but also the creativity of each group – through engaging storytelling, smooth transitions, and thoughtful presentation. Above all, the challenge aimed to foster unity, with every member participating and sharing joyful moments together. The more the merrier – and it truly showed in the energy of the entries!
This challenge turned out to be more than just a fun activity – it became a celebration of sisterhood, shared culture, and collective joy. From crisp visuals and traditional music to laughter-filled bonding moments, each reel captured the warmth of our WEN community.
A Heartwarming Day of Bonding
On May 17th, WEN Trivandrum hosted a delightful Informal Meet-up at The Ruby Arena celebrating the beautiful blend of motherhood and entrepreneurship. This unique gathering brought together our inspiring WEN mothers and their adorable little ones for a relaxed, joy-filled day of connection and celebration.
The objective was simple yet meaningful — to create a warm, family-friendly space that encouraged personal bonding, open conversations, and unforgettable memories. And it truly delivered!

It was a day filled with love, learning, and laughter — reminding us that behind every successful woman is a tribe that uplifts her, including her own family.
