WEN Mentoring: Empowering Womenpreneurs
St. Xavier's College for Women (Autonomous), Aluva, in association with WEN proudly presented the "Women in Business Conclave," a flagship event organized by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) in association with the Research Department of Commerce. The conclave aimed to bring together women entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators to share their experiences, insights, and expertise. The event was on May 8, 2025 and featured many distinguished diverse panel of accomplished women professionals, including:

Teresian Innovation Summit
St. Teresa's College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, with WEN hosted a panel discussion on "Successful Women Entrepreneurs" as part of the Teresian Innovation Summit.

WEN is proud to have participated in the NIDCC event. This event provided a valuable platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among industry professionals and entrepreneurs.
InDEX 2025 (Indian Industries Development Exhibition) is South India’s premier exhibition and buyer-seller meet, organized to promote Indian brands and facilitate global business expansion. Supported by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Index Exhibition 2025 served as a strategic platform for businesses to network with international buyers, financial institutions, and industry leaders. The event took place from May 2 to 5, 2025 at the prestigious Adlux International Convention Centre, Angamaly, Kochi, InDEX 2025 featured over 200 business and retail chains, 20+ financial institutions, and government representatives from across the globe.
Our participation in the event allowed us to connect with like-minded individuals, explore potential partnerships, and stay updated on the latest industry trends. We're excited about the opportunities that arose from this event and look forward to future collaborations.
International MSME Day
WEN Founder Chair, Sheela Kochouseph, was invited as a speaker at the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) event held at Town Hall Ernakulam on June 26, 2025, in connection with International MSME Day. The theme of the event was "Financial Inclusion and Development," highlighting the crucial role MSMEs play in India's economic growth. The event aimed to promote inclusive growth, digitalization, and access to credit for MSMEs. Discussions focused on initiatives like the Credit Guarantee Scheme, TReDS platform, and Mudra Yojana, which support MSMEs in accessing finance and overcoming challenges. WEN's participation underscores its commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and contributing to the country's economic development
"Power of Access" : A Catalyst for Womenpreneurs
The "Power of Access" Roadshow, held on May 26, 2025, in Kochi, was a resounding success, bringing together over 50 women-owned businesses, corporate partners, and ecosystem enablers. This collaborative event, organized by WEConnect International in partnership with the Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN) Foundation and supported by the U.S. Department of State, was a powerful platform for growth and empowerment.
The roadshow's primary goal was to equip women entrepreneurs with the resources needed to expand their businesses and access global markets. Sessions covered crucial topics such as business growth strategies and the process of obtaining WBE certification for global market access.
Beyond the valuable insights, the event created a dynamic environment for networking, allowing women-owned businesses to connect directly with potential buyers and stakeholders. This exchange of ideas and connections has laid the groundwork for new business partnerships, proving the transformative power of collective action in supporting women entrepreneurs. The "Power of Access" roadshow was a clear demonstration of how strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives can unlock immense potential and create a lasting impact.
WEN Bootcamp: Empowering Leaders
We are thrilled to report on the success of the WEN Entrepreneur Bootcamp, held on June 11-12, 2025, at Club Mahindra Resort in Arookutty. This residential bootcamp brought together women entrepreneurs with a turnover of 20 lakhs and above, providing a platform for growth, learning, and networking.

WENINSPIRE Series - Inspiring Insights
The WEN Inspire Series continues to empower members with valuable knowledge and insights. This quarter, the series featured a range of engaging sessions, including "Understanding Export Opportunities and Govt Assistance for MSME" by Shri Rajeev MC, "Personal Branding" by Sourabh Goyal, "Secret Battles of Women's Health" by Dr. Grinto, and "Cybersecurity" by Dhanya Pattathil. These sessions not only enhanced the knowledge of WEN members but also equipped them with practical skills and strategies to navigate the business landscape with confidence.
