Mrs. Mini Sajan Varghese is the Chief Executive Officer of the SAJ GROUP OF HOTELS & RESORTS that own three properties viz. SAJ EARTH RESORT & CONVENTION CENTER, SAJ VAGAMON HIDEOUT & HOTEL SAJ LUCIYA.

With an M.Sc degree and certifications in Food Safety Management from Dubai and the Center for Public Health and Food Safety in India, as well as in Baking and Pastry, Mini brings extensive expertise to her role as the CEO of SAJ Group of Hotels & Resorts. Under her dynamic leadership, SAJ Earth Resort has become a beacon of excellence in hospitality.

Since 2019, she has served as an Independent Director of the Lakshadweep Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., Government of India, and holds directorships at SAJ Holdings Pvt. Ltd, Southern Chef Flight Catering Pvt. Ltd, and Kanichai Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Her accolades include the Women Excellence Award (2018), India’s Travel & Hospitality Award (2018), Vanita Ratna Award (2018), Business Bliss Award for Innovative Business Ideas in Resort Management (2018), Professional Excellency Award in Hospitality by VPN IBE International, and the Women Entrepreneur Award by FOMAA (2019).
