Dr Jency Blesson (CEO & Co Founder Jewel Autism Centre, India |UAE) was honored for the Golden Visa under the Celebrity Category from Dubai Arts and Culture Authority. Jewel Autism and child development Centre is an International multi-disciplinary Child Development Centre specially designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities. Jewel is the First complete Child Development Centre in India with full-fledged Sensory Integration Unit on a par with international standards. The centre offers various programs such as Developmental Paediatrics, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Sensory Integration Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Remedial Education Programs (Special Education), Group Therapy, Play therapy, and Social Skills Training Program. Jewel Children with Autism Rehabilitation Centre signed MOU with Global Indian International School, Dubai ,British Orchard Nursery, Jumeirah Branch, British Orchard Nursery DIFC Branch, British Orchard Nursery, Altwar branch and with Future
International nursery, Dubai, signed with interuniversity disability centre Mg University, Kottayam, and signed MoU with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Mahe) for Research and Academic collaboration. Dr.Jency Blesson pursued her PhD in Molecular
medicine and worked for various drug companies in India as a Head of R&D, senior scientist for 12 years and also as an academician. She has a gene patent to her own credit in American Gene Bank (Accession Number EU182653). She was a speaker at Bio-pharma conferences across the globe. Later she had done her fellowship from American board of Behaviour Analysis and she had joined at Jewel as the Head of Behaviour Analysis department, Head of R&D, and Head of international relations, Head of Social Outreach department, and Head of Administration department. She was recognized on women's day 2020 in all leading media like Club FM 104.8 and she has various awards to her credit including the recognitions by women in business conclave 2023 held by Thrissur management association and she was a power speaker for the same. In 2023 she received much recognition from the Union Bank Regional Branch, Sree Buddha College of Engineering and Technology, Darshana Academy and the Rotary Excellence Award. She is a famous trainer for parenting and many of her videos reached 10 million views on YouTube. She has completed 42 schools addressing parent gatherings with more than 3000 people, and completed 45 venues in parenting classes in UAE and India. Also, Plastic Pollution Awareness classes in Rotary Clubs of various districts, Women Clubs, Cooperative Societies in Kerala,
Banks, Senior Citizens Forums, and Churches all over India. Dr.Jency Blesson was a distinguished speaker in TEDx. Dr. Jency Blesson and her beloved team join hands to help the young hearts who suffered in life, through her Social Projects named ‘SMILE’ through which she and her team give financial support to differently abled child and their family, ‘CARE’ through which she and her team supplied more than 350 kits to Auto Association of Kottayam during covid-19, ‘HOPE’ through which she and her team supports five old age homes in Kottayam, CLOTH BANK V/S FOOD BANK, through this project they collect reusable clothes that can be used by others and reselling it. Food is given to 25,500 inmates in various old age homes across the state, the main aim is to expand it to have 50 cloth bank in Kerala where they can
generate sufficient funds for all the people deprived of food, shelter and clothing. ‘TEACH AND TRAIN’- this project mainly focuses on normal school teachers all over Kerala, in which a team of professional conduct classes with hands on training on how to handle the behaviours of an autistic kid in the normal school. ‘MAKE A CHANGE: TRANS EMPOWER FOUNDATION’- this project emphasize on improving lives of dear brothers and sisters in transgender community by raising awareness in society on trans community,
improving their livelihood, providing independent housing and providing support for gender affirmation surgery. ‘BLOSSOM’ is a project initiated with the aim of mainstreaming differently abled individuals by employing them in various departments of Jewel Autism Centre. I CHALLENGE PLASTIC BOTTLE, it is a recycling campaign for plastic bottles, Dr. Jency Blesson was the District coordinator of kottayam for the project and she is also one among the five members of the core team.
