About Me
I am Jayalakshmi S, a Clinical Psychologist, Self-Discovery Facilitator, Trainer, Mentor, and Founder of Gemynd Quest. My passion is to help individuals understand themselves better, discover their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and make confident decisions in life and career.
My work combines psychology, self-discovery, personality profiling, emotional intelligence, and human potential development. I work with students, parents, individuals, couples, professionals, entrepreneurs, and organisations.
My areas of expertise include DMIT-based profiling, Genetic Brain Profiling, MBTI, DISC, RIASEC, Multiple Intelligence, career and personality mapping, relationship guidance, emotional wellness, parenting, leadership development, and right-person-right-role mapping.

I also conduct workshops, training and mentoring programs on emotional intelligence, communication, stress management, self-awareness, relationships, leadership, and personal growth.
